When you use GrokFlow AI, the Extension sends the following information to our server at
api.orbitexaio.com:
Google account email: You sign in to the Extension with Google. We receive your Google
account email address (and your name and profile picture, which we do not store) and use the email to create your
account, manage your license and subscription, and provide support. We never see your Google password.
Verification codes: If you cancel a subscription from the pricing page, we email a one-time
6-digit code to your address to confirm that you own it.
Plan and usage data: Your current plan and the number of prompts you have used and have
remaining, so we can apply plan limits (for example, 5 prompts in total on the Free plan).
Technical data: The Extension version, browser type and operating system.
Product activity events: Actions inside the Extension such as starting, stopping or skipping a
queue, number of prompts in a queue, settings saved or reset, file import used, upgrade and paywall clicks,
whether a download succeeded or failed, and when a prompt fails: the error message Grok showed (with any
prompt text removed), the retry attempt, the video or image settings used and whether the Grok tab was open
and visible. We use this only to help you when something goes wrong.
Subscription data: Plan status, subscription ID and billing dates, provided by our payment
processor Lemon Squeezy.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not send or store the text of your prompts, and activity events do not include prompt text or your
folder names.
We do not collect your generated images or videos, and we do not read your Grok conversations.
We do not collect your browsing history.
We never see or store your payment card details.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
3. How We Use Your Information
Licensing: to verify your account and plan and to enforce plan limits.
Support: to help you when you contact us and to investigate problems (for example, failed downloads).
Product improvement: to understand which features are used and where automation fails, so we can fix bugs
and improve the Extension.
Service emails: to send verification codes and important account or billing notices.
4. Data Storage
Your account, plan, usage and activity data are stored on our servers. The Extension also keeps settings,
your prompt drafts, queue history and cached plan/usage information locally in your browser using Chrome's
storage APIs; your prompt drafts and queue history stay on your device. All data sent to our servers is
encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
Lemon Squeezy: For payment processing. Lemon Squeezy handles all financial data (credit card
details, billing addresses) and is PCI-DSS compliant. We never see or store your payment card information.
Google Sign-In: To sign you in. Google shares your account email, name and profile picture with us after you approve it.
Google (Gmail): We send verification codes and account emails through our Gmail account, so your email address and the message pass through Google's mail servers.
Chrome Storage API: For storing settings, drafts and cached data locally in your browser.
6. Data Retention
We retain your email and subscription data for as long as your account is active. If you request account
deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction or deletion of your data.
Cancel your subscription at any time.
Uninstall the Extension to stop all data collection.
8. Children's Privacy
GrokFlow AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
