Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with GrokFlow AI. If the Extension does not work as described or you experience technical issues that prevent you from using it, we offer a refund policy to protect your purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
  • The Extension does not function as described due to a technical issue on our end.
  • You were charged incorrectly or experienced a billing error.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase.
  • The Extension was used extensively before requesting a refund.
  • The issue is caused by changes on Grok.com's platform that are beyond our control.
  • You simply changed your mind after purchase (without a technical reason).
  • Your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your registered email address (the Google account used with the Extension).
  • Your plan type and purchase date.
  • A brief description of the issue you experienced.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.

6. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. Cancellation stops future charges, but your access continues until the end of your billing period. A refund reverses the most recent payment.

7. Lifetime Plan

The Lifetime plan is eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase under the same conditions listed above. After 7 days, the Lifetime plan is non-refundable.
