1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the GrokFlow AI Chrome Extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

GrokFlow AI is a Chrome browser extension that automates prompt submission and video downloading workflows on Grok.com. The Extension does not host, generate, or store any AI models or video content. It operates as a browser automation tool.

3. User Accounts

To use the Extension, you must sign in with a Google account. Your email address is used solely for license management, usage tracking, and communication purposes. One Google account corresponds to one user license.

4. Free and Paid Plans

Free Plan: Each Google account receives 15 lifetime prompts. These prompts do not renew.
Paid Plans: Monthly ($2/month), 6-Month ($8/6 months), Yearly ($20/year), and Lifetime ($60 one-time). Paid plans provide unlimited prompts.
Recurring subscriptions (Monthly, 6-Month, Yearly) auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

5. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate until you cancel. Prices are in US Dollars (USD).

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Extension's pricing page. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. The Lifetime plan cannot be canceled as it is a one-time purchase.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Grok.com's terms of service.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension's source code.
Share, resell, or redistribute your account or license.
Use automated tools to bypass the Extension's usage limits.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Extension's functionality depends on Grok.com's availability and interface, which may change without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Orbitex AIO or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
