Strict Zero-Logs Guarantee

Privacy Policy for Orbitex VPN for Windows

App Version: 1.0.0 • Last Updated: October 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy specifically governs the Orbitex VPN desktop application for Microsoft Windows (Windows 11 and Windows 10, 64-bit and ARM64 architectures), developed by Orbitex Technologies. We believe your desktop activity, network packets, and personal data belong exclusively to you. Orbitex VPN is engineered from the ground up to operate with zero activity logging.

1. Strict Zero-Browsing-Logs Policy

Orbitex VPN operates a rigorous zero-logs policy across our entire desktop application and server infrastructure. We do NOT record, log, store, or monitor:

  • •Websites, URLs, or domains you visit.
  • •DNS queries or search engine queries executed on your PC.
  • •Data content, payloads, or communications transferred through the encrypted tunnel.
  • •Your real originating IP address or geographic location.
  • •Connection start times, disconnect timestamps, or session duration logs.

2. System-Wide Traffic Routing & Local Processing

Orbitex VPN for Windows functions at the operating system level, routing outbound traffic through a local authenticating proxy daemon (WinINet & Windows Filtering Platform integration). All packet encryption and certificate validation are performed locally on your PC before transit. The software does not inspect, read, or alter personal files, documents, or data stored on your hard drive.

3. Daily Free 90-Minute Quota Management

Every Windows user receives 90 minutes of free high-speed VPN time every 24 hours. To manage this free quota without requiring personal accounts or emails:

  • •We generate an anonymous, non-reversible cryptographic hash from your local device identifier.
  • •This token cannot be reversed to discover your personal identity, computer name, or hardware serial numbers.
  • •The token is used exclusively by the authentication server to track remaining daily minutes and resets automatically every 24 hours.
  • •No email registration, username, or credit card is ever requested for the free tier.

4. Hardware Kill Switch & Local Packet Security

The desktop client includes a native Hardware Kill Switch. When enabled, the Windows network stack immediately freezes outbound traffic if the VPN connection drops unexpectedly, ensuring that your real IP address is never exposed to external web servers or ISP trackers. This process runs entirely on your local machine.

5. Microsoft Store In-App Purchases & Payments

Premium upgrades for Orbitex VPN are purchased and activated directly inside the Windows desktop application through the official Microsoft Store API. Orbitex Technologies never handles, collects, or stores payment card details, billing addresses, or bank accounts. All transactions are securely processed by Microsoft according to Microsoft Store policies.

6. Local Device Settings & No Tracking SDKs

Your application preferences (selected server node, auto-launch on Windows startup, kill switch toggles, and UI theme) are stored exclusively on your local computer (%AppData%\OrbitexVPN or Windows Registry). Orbitex VPN contains zero third-party advertising trackers, analytic beacons, or telemetry marketing scripts.
