Terms of Service for Orbitex VPN for Windows

1. Software License Grant
Orbitex Technologies grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable desktop license to download, install, and execute Orbitex VPN on compatible Windows 11 and Windows 10 computers for personal, non-commercial security purposes.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Orbitex VPN in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree NOT to use the service to:
- •Conduct Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or port scanning.
- •Distribute malware, trojans, ransomware, or malicious software.
- •Transmit unauthorized bulk spam or botnet command traffic.
- •Infringe upon intellectual property rights or engage in fraudulent activities.
3. Service Availability & Free Quota
We strive to maintain 99.9% network uptime across all global server nodes. The free tier provides 90 minutes of VPN usage per 24-hour cycle. Orbitex reserves the right to adjust server locations, optimize routing protocols, or perform scheduled server maintenance to ensure network stability.
4. In-App Subscriptions & Billing via Microsoft Store
All premium plan subscriptions are billed and fulfilled through your Microsoft Account via the Microsoft Store. Subscription renewals, billing cycles, payment methods, and refund requests are subject to Microsoft Store Terms of Sale.
5. Limitation of Liability
Orbitex VPN is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind. Orbitex Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from network downtime, ISP throttling, or user configuration errors.
