Terms of Use

By installing, downloading, or using the DESIGN.md Style Generator Chrome Extension ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not install or use the Extension.

These terms govern your access to the Extension, the Admin Dashboard, and any related support or service channels provided by Orbitex AIO.

The Extension offers free tiers as well as paid Pro tiers. When purchasing a paid tier:

• A standard license key provides activation privileges for up to 3 personal devices linked to the purchaser's primary Google Sync email.
• You agree not to share, distribute, resell, or publicly publish your license key.
• We reserve the right to suspend any license key found to have abnormal concurrent IP request rates indicating license abuse.

You are permitted to use the Extension to scan public or authorized private web applications, extract styling variables, compile theme configurations, and download preview markdowns for development and design workflows.

You may not: reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or bypass the license verification hooks in the Extension; use scripts to automate requests; or utilize the software for unauthorized crawling or scraping of sites you do not own or have permission to audit.

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Orbitex AIO does not guarantee that the Extension will successfully parse styles on all target websites, as individual website architectures, CORS restrictions, and browser configurations vary.

In no event shall Orbitex AIO be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of code, data, profits, or productivity) arising from the use or inability to use this software.
