We want you to be fully satisfied with VidPulse. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans (Monthly, 3-Month, Yearly, and Lifetime).

If you are unsatisfied for any reason within the first 7 days, contact us and we will process a full refund.

You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• The Extension does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue.
• You were charged incorrectly or billed in error.
• You submit your request within 7 days of the transaction date.

Refunds will not be issued if:

• Your request is received more than 7 days after your purchase date.
• Your account has been terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g. limit circumvention, account sharing).

You can cancel your subscription plan at any time through the Extension popup settings. Access to premium download limits will continue until the end of your paid billing period.
