Acceptance of Terms

By installing, activating, or using the VidPulse - Facebook Video Downloader Chrome Extension ("Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not install or use the Extension.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Extension constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Section 2

Description of Service

VidPulse is a browser extension that allows users to identify, convert, and download supported media content from Facebook. The service is provided under free daily use quotas and premium subscription plans with elevated download speed and daily limits.

Section 3

User Responsibilities & Content Ownership

You agree to use the Extension in compliance with all local, state, and international copyright and privacy laws:

  • You are responsible for obtaining permission before downloading copyrighted media.
  • VidPulse does host, mirror, or distribute downloaded video/audio assets. All storage occurs client-side.
  • You must not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or modify the source files of the Extension.
Section 4

Subscriptions and Payments

Payments are processed securely via LemonSqueezy, our authorized Merchant of Record. Subscription plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel your subscription plan at any time through the Extension popup.

Section 5

Limitation of Liability

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Orbitex AIO is not liable for any damages or account issues resulting from your downloads or usage of the Extension.
